How we work

Our Planning Process

Once you decide to move forward, we make it easy, because we know how important it is to know what to expect.

Six steps

From first call to your binder

Most plans are prepared as a project for a flat fee, agreed at your first meeting. Half is due when we begin and the balance when your plan is delivered. No hourly meter.

Your first meeting: a conversation at our Lakeway conference table.
  1. 1

    Request your consultation

Call (512) 263-5400 or use the contact form, and we will schedule your initial consultation.

  2. 2

    Complete your confidential workbook

Once you are scheduled, we send a link to the Estate Planning Workbook to complete online or drop off before we meet.

  3. 3

    Initial consultation

We get to know each other, review your circumstances, and often design your plan together at this first meeting.

  4. 4

    Design meeting, if needed

If we need more time, or you want time to decide, we schedule a second meeting to finish the design.

  5. 5

    Signing

When your plan is ready, you come back to the office to review and sign every document.

  6. 6

    Homework meeting

We walk through your next steps and deliver your estate planning binder with every document inside.
